Photo Gallery

I want a photo gallery written in [url removed, login to view] I would like for the database to be MySQL.

There should be a login page for the user to manage their pictures. The user should be able to upload images and should have the ability to provide comments on the picture at the same time it is uploaded. The user should be able to enter/edit/delete categories that would be displayed in a drop down at the top of the page. The catagories could be like "Vacation Pictures", "Family Pictures" etc. We should have a check box to indicate "Default category" this will be displayed when the page is first rendered.

Website visitors should have the ability to leave comments about the pictures as well.

The admin user should be able to set the page bgcolor and how many images to show per page.

Clicking on an image will open a pop up window with the image diaplsyed at full size The window will need to size to accomadate the image size. In this pop up window I want to show the image and all comments with the ability to add another comment.

I would like the admin to be able to set the font face, size, and color as well as the page bgcolor.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
