Easy one page php and mysql or c++

Use the content of “Tarseam [login to view URL]” in attached folder to modify the contents of [login to view URL] file and modify the rates and its formula for calculating the new rates in “Tarseam [login to view URL] “file. Use php and mysql or c++(dll) for back-end instead JavaScript and add CMS functionality.
