Backup application with web support

**_Backup tool feature set_** We require a consumer backup application, which will offer users access to advanced features with an intuitive interface and offer ease of use. The features we require are: * Scheduled backups * Data compression (BZ2 or others) * Data encryption * Password protection * Incremental backup * Snapshot backup/restore * Backup of 'Program Files' folders, and Windows folder * Backup search * Wizard interface * Backup verification Additionally, we require integration with online backup server, to allow files to be moved between our webserver and the customer’s PC. The details of how this would work can be structured depending on the design chosen for the PC client application. Desirable options: * Virus scanning (integration with installed antivirus) * Startup recovery manager from boot screen * HD ghosting/cloning * Explorer context menus for adding/removing files from backup Our plan is to add to this the option for burning backups to CD/DVD. Hooks will be provided for access to this as required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered the property of Redxpress Limited. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
