C++ Builder class for PCA (principal component analysis)

I need a C++ Builder class pca (principal component analysis). i imagine one function, with a data input in csv style, for exmaple: A;B;C 123.5;7;8 56;3.67;59 248;2;78 5;7;9.4 the first line contains the description of each component in this case A, B and C. the other lines are the data input. the output should be a csv as well, for exmaple: Component;total;% of variance;cumulative % A;2,16;71,97;71,97 B;0,77;25,67;97,64 C;0,07;2,36;100,00 i am not if my translation for the first line of the output is correct. the class should not use foreign libraries. only libraries which the c++ builder 2006 contains, so that i can compile it without problems. i need this class and two examples how to use it. the source code should be well documentend. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
