Part 1 Write the program (or 2 programs) to create the following two binary files: MASTER FILE Create a binary file with at 20 records which have the following format: ID Number Integer (4 digits) Last Name char[12] PayRate Double Number Dependents Integer TRANSACTION FILE Create a binary transaction file with at least 8 records which have at least 1 delete, 1 add and 1 change at a minimum. The format for the records should be the same as the master file, except you will need to add one field to this file which contains the type action to be accomplished - 1 character ( c for change, d for delete, or a for add). You need to create at least 2 records which are ERROR types (trying to add an already existing record, or deleting one which does not exist, or trying to change a record that does not exist). PART 2: Write the program to update your master file with the transaction file creating a new master file. All of these should be sequential .
## Deliverables
Turn in: 1. Copies of programs to create both files (part 1). 2. A listing of the file contents of the Master and Transaction File 3. A copy of program for part 2 including an error report, and a copy of the contents of the new master file.
