Automatic tool which uploads and downloads data to [login to view URL], PHP5+, Perl

I need software in PHP5+ or Perl. Databasis should be MySQL or PgSQL.

This software will take data from betfair, from its API. It will make some calculations with data and according to that will send some data back to betfair (= placing bets of calculated amount).

It should work on Linux server, it should be able to recover itself in case server goes down.

It would be better if you have written any bot bor betfair before. If not, then OK.
