Branded Mac Software

Hi, We are looking for coders/compaines that will make software for us to resell and rebrand. If your a mac coder and have some a small or big applications that you have and want to sell them to us we are more thta nhappy to buy them. Please enclose a demo or the original application in an email or a web site we can have a look at and we will be more than happy to have a look at them for you. We are happy to take software that you might have already made or if you want to make some software and submit it to use we are happy to buy it as well. We are happy to buy application or game that you might have. Once we have bought from you we are more than happy to keep buying from you so make the apps we will buy them from you. All apps must work on 10.2 and up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mac os 10.2 and up
