Cool Popup Window Button

Hello Coders, I need a button that says "Video Tour" and will open up an .html page containing a .swf file. I need javascript to limit the size to 650x450 pixels... place it 250 pixels from the top and side... with no menubar, scrollbars or location. I need two sizes of the same button; 100x30 pixels, and 140x55 pixels. I also need to be able to change the get URL so I can easily link to different videos... and be able to e-mail the button to clients so they can copy and paste it on their websites. Here's a link to a page with the buttons my competitors are using. Instead of "virtual tour" with the 360 emblem... I'd like "Video Tour" with a camera or something like that.
