Create PHP library and a sample app that uses the Quickbooks API

Looking for a qualified PHP developer to create a sample application and library for the Quickbooks API. The deliverable will include a sample application that serves up web pages using the methods below, and should be demonstrable before project acceptance. The sample application can be anything you like, so long as all the methods below are in use. Requirements include: 1. A php framework - CodeIgnitor, Symphony, Cake, etc. Please backup your framework selection with reasoning. 2. An app capable of running on an isolated linux server in a vhost subdomain setup. 3.
