I need a 1 page website designed.
The purpose of this website will be to offer free real estate investing tips. It will ask the visitor to enter their name and e-mail to receive a newsletter of free tips. The domain name is freereinvestingtips.com. The site is called "Free Real Estate Investing Tips"
This website will be similar in function to the website at [[url removed, login to view]][1]
I don't need you to supply the content, just the design.
Deliverables:
-1 page website template
-An opt-in form that does this:
--Asks for name & e-mail, validated with javascript, and submit a the form.
--Optionally, if visitor supplies 3 friend's e-mail addresses (validated with javascript to be different and unique and not the same as the visitor's), a separate form will be submitted.
-A thank you page that uses all the same headers/graphics as the main page
I will supply the <form> action URL which will handle the adding of the e-mails to a database.
There is no need for menus/navigation on this site. It is literally a 1 page site with a thank you page.
I will supply disclaimers for links at the bottom of the site that will open to new windows without any templates.
Template must be in all HTML/javascript. No flash.
The winning bidder will receive more detailed info.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
