part of compiler (CUP + java)

I need help with one of my homeworks. Please, let me know if you can possibly help me. Please, see description in README file in the attached zip'ed folder. The assignment explanation is lengthy and a bit confusing, but the assignment itself is rather small. Need to use CUP, JAVA 1.4. Thank you.
