* * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Monday Jun 5, 2006 8:50:45 AM:
I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond to my initial project proposal.
Based on the feedback I have received so far, I will be drawing up a detailed RFP for the project in the next few days and will forward it to all parties for final response once it is ready.
I have reduced the *maximum* bid to $1000. Once I forward the detailed RFP, I will base the final selection on three things:
1) Track record of bidder for similar projects
2) Offered price
3) Any added service or feature offerings or suggestions outside of what is stated in the RFP.
It is not necessary to respond to this message. I just wanted to let each of you know what the expected timeline would be, which is as follows:
- Detailed RFP from me by Monday June 5th
- Detailed responses to RFP expected by June 8th
- Final bidder selection by Monday June 12th
Thank you again for you r time.
