Wordpress Theme

I'm loking for a wordpress theme. I basically want to clone this site wiiwii(dot)tv this is a wordpresss blog. I'll need to be able to add adsense in the same way on the side bar and within the posts I'll need an easy way of doing this so changes can be made. I also need an easy way to change colours so this option must be built-in Please ask as many question as you can if needed before you bid.
