Please include some examples/link to your previous related work. I am looking for a graphically powerful unique template for a blog. The blog is called [url removed, login to view] and so I’m looking to keep with that theme. I would like to have the footer of the page with swamp grass possibly animated (randomly things rustle though the grass.) The midsection where the posts are would need to allow the posts to be clearly readable but perhaps sat on an iframe but the moon lit swamp can be seen in the background behind it. For the Header or top of the page I would like (similar to the bottom) a swamp rat character somewhat similar to that found at [url removed, login to view] but not as aggressive has to be more mischievous and cute in keeping with the image of the blog. The blog is about technology, gadget the environment, global warming. It would be nice if the header and the swamprat could be animated in some way careful use of audio is also ok. Anyways i hope you see where this is going ‘it does not have to be animated’ but must be graphically pleasing and functional as it must work well with search engines etc.. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
