Build a Website

Need to create a website for my company/project. Our website will have the look and feel like (freelancer.com or Elance) A good example of a website that we need to build our like is this: [login to view URL] We are a Call center Company and are starting a virtual/cloud base agent program for our clients. We will have a pool of agents available to work from home and our clients can pick which agent they decide to hire. We need to have on this site: videos, pictures and audio clips and more info of the agents. A filter tool for any client to filter the type of agent they need based on different criteria. We need the ability to have a shopping cart and payment portal on the site. We also need to be able to create a registration page with log in for the clients and the agents (to make them part of the program) Of course this site needs to be updated constantly and this part of the job can also be given to you. The site needs to look and be high end. The main difference from us to Outbounders is the management and administration of agents and clients. They are pretty much same as freelancer where a company/individual can post a project and then get bids for it. We wont be doing this, instead will give clients the ability to find and choose the agents they want that re available and hire them for their specific campaign. we will coordinate interviews and training then set up the dialer and agent to start the campaign and manage/develop each agent for the clients for maximum results. hope this is enough info to better understand what I need and get the right candidate for this project
