Health Patients Social net with facebook SS

Hello This Project is to build a Social web for sick people, each is enetring his symptoms and medicnes and seldom reports on his feeling and usage The net is quite standart, manage a few type of users (patient, doctor, nurse etc ..) The net will be heavy on statistics and reports (so probably a knowledge in Sparklines/ flot will be handy) We prefer a Drupal based system, though if u have good expirience in any other system it can be fine Please Bid only if you have a - experience in social network making, b - Daily avilabilty on skype during work hour c - a team that can finish the project fast Project includes a - you get a wireframe spec of main screens and a detailed definition of data objects and behavior of the net with feature list. b - you give us a final quote of which of the features defined in the spec you can supply and under what price c - you would also need to supply 3 graphical designs to the site (it should be template based so we can redesign it later on) d - you will supply a final install package with install instructions and demands e - user can sign to the site using his credentials and/or his facebook user (single sign on) f - there will also be a facebook part of the site withwhich the user can report his situation directly via his facebook g - site will have outer API for other apps to connect and report status (using credentials) h - Site will also need to recieve/send SMS by a given interface ([login to view URL]) Payment is Done Via Gaf escrow by Milestone progress, pls bid responsibly because late in delivery will be harm your bonus Final Delivery in time will be bonused 10% Please Bid only if you done similar projects, Please add to your PM url of working projects + user/pass to see it works Good luck.
