Vtiger theme

I am looking at using vtiger as a CRM solution, I like the functionality but the design is poor. I need a template file creating and installing that achieves the following brief:- The layout must look professional, the interface must be intuitive so the users feel at home using the application. The application will make use of the following areas: Contact Management Sales Management Document Management Stock Management Asset Management Resource scheduler (calendar /s ) Help Desk Invoicing Reporting The design must incorporate the ability to navigate into each area and have the option to quickly open tickets. We will also need the invoice template designing, customer portal and concpept design for ipad intergration. As I am looking for the full theme please reply with your concept jpeg. ( as a hint we like the MS outlook  look and feel.)
