I own [login to view URL] I want to change parts of my template if possible but am not familiar with coding. - I'm after a slider beneath the menu, showing images from 5 recent posts. The slider has to mach a clean design, and also have a few words with an arrow the relate to the posted article. - I'd like to keep the grid layout of pictures with information below the slider. -I'm after a right hand sidebar on the homepage, which includes my gravatar at the top, followed by a smaller slider of my instagram, then archives of top posts. - I'd like my pages to appear in drop down menus when you scroll over the menu tabs. - Would like to hide the "powered by wordpress" text at the footer to be changed to copyright @[login to view URL]

Regarding the slider, we can use a plugin called Cycle2, or similar, to pull the featured images from the last posts. Ok for the other details, including sidebar, avatar, instagram... and dropdown menu (do you want to keep the columnated menu? Or a single-row menu would do?) I could to the work for 55$.
