Need to customize expression engine website

I need to customize this existing site: [login to view URL] I would like to add 2 new similar products to the existing site. The first product I would like to add is a collage of photos (5-6 photos) then the letters below the collage of photos. For this product, we simply need to allow for the user to upload 5-6 photos and rank them on a 1-5/6 scale. Then the user would select the letters (same as existing functionality). Then the images that were uploaded by the user will be attached in the order within expression engine. The admin will download the photos and will create the product manually. The second product we need to add is EXACTLY like the 1st product, but instead of 5-6 photos, the user simply uploads 1 photo. During the order process, we will need to have a text field where the user can input the referral that sent them to the site. This content in the text field needs to be attached to the order within expression engine. Finally, the existing product on the site now (select letters/frames) and the 2 new products will need to be in a separate directory on the server. So the existing site will NOT be edited, but simply duplicated to another directory and the additional 2 products will be in this new directory/site. We will need to track what orders come from this directory in the expression engine order and what orders are coming in from the existing live site. We will also need to add all of the letter images/options from this site: [login to view URL] into the new directory/site with the 2 new products. I will be designing and coding all of the pages, so I simply need someone to connect the HTML pages to expression engine and create the functionality I explained above.
