Convert Flash Media Server AS to RED5

I have a game that I have programmed in Flex for the user interface on the website. The backend uses Flash Media Server with about 4 files programmed in Actionscript. I need that AS converted to Java that will run with the same functionality on RED5 server still using the Flex frontend. I have a budget of $40. I can upload the files to interested bidders. Also, I would like help installing it on my red5 server if I need it.
