Custom PHP work and Template revisions

We have a client that I need assistance cleaning up their custom built PHP website. I need help with the following: - Consolidating the PHP code. It is scattered all over the site and I need it more logical. - Constant revisions to the HTML and CSS - Balancing the code on two servers. It is load balanced and they need to reflect the same code. - CDN loading of all content that can be utilized through the CDN - There are a ton of SEO tricks in the site and they MUST NOT be modified or corrupted. The last two developers broke much of the code, I have it back to a stable state. Requirements: - No one from India... don't event try... I won't give you the project - Must speak perfect English - Must be a pro at PHP and send me an example of php shorthand in your PM - This is not built on any architecture and I don't want it moved to any architecture. - Must understand responsive design.
