Digital Forms Management System, purchase management

The client needs a digital forms architecture where members of an organization logs and post requests through forms like travel request form, requisition form, float request etc. etc. after these forms are filled, respective Purchase order and vouchers will be made through purchase order form and voucher forms. the complete data flow diagram and forms structure is shown in the excel file attached. Through this application the organization will lose the burden of filing the forms again and again and this will ease their processes of finance admin/hr departments. The Open Source ERP systems or forms applications can be used to deliver the job. It has to be an interactive application where user information will be automatically filled at the start of each form. then the next form will carry the data of previous form as shown in the flow diagram. it must contain icons to display various forms and an interactive forms management backend, where financial calculations could be performed on all forms. (Purchase orders, pricing, taxes etc. ) The developers are requested to read the excel file in detail before making any bid.
