New Magento Site Design - design only, no products needed

Our current website is xxxxx. We need a new design, based on Magento, with our colors and the following ideas. Websites we like: 1) xxxxx - We like the overall design - We like the box idea on the main page - Colours would have to match our logo/colors - Front page only and about us pages, the rest are too complicated - Really like the “about us” page - We like the menu dropdown how it expands the top header - The text over the main image slider we like how it moves/appears after the main image slides in 2) xxxx / xxxx - We like how the products are listed and displayed - We like the mouseover “short description” when placing cursor over product image - Add to cart or view more info - Product Tabs 3) xxxxx - We like the bottom half (we don’t like their colors) but we like the boxes with the [login to view URL] kind of design. Template Pages to Create: 1) Landing Page – similar to [login to view URL] 2) About Page – similar to xxxx (basic page) 3) Category Page – 2 column - similar to xxx but with the [login to view URL] kind of style 4) Product Page – 2 column – with TABS - similar to xxxx Design Overview: - Recently Viewed Products - Floating shopping cart top right when clicking cart - Facebook/Twitter integration - “Shop by” filter above product listings on category page - Compare Products NOT needed, Wish List NOT needed - Responsive Design (mobile browing required) - Website needs to be easily changed and updated, without having to know advanced coding.
