joomla and wordpress various adjustments

Hi, here some adjustments on various sites, all based on Joomla or Wordpress. 1- [login to view URL] Based on Joomla this site shows an issue on main menu: as you can check that this menu moves on mouseover using chrome and safari. Please fix it and check other browsers/machines. I need to know, with a detailed description, what create this issue and how you will fix it. 2- [login to view URL] Style the main menu as the attached file. [login to view URL] 3- [login to view URL] In this site you can find some href with "tel" attribute.. this works on smartphones but makes an ugly effect on desktops..
