Slight Ammendments to Joomla Component

We have a simple newsletter component. It is working fine apart from two small things. 1. Currently we can upload a logo to the component and it will place it under the banner to the left. I want the user to be able to choose a) Above or below the banner. b) Left, Right or Centre of the mail. 2. When a newsletter is created we only have the option to Send mail, Send a test mail, or cancel. once sent it goes into the Newsletter Sent section of the database. However this only holds the date and time of when it was sent and the body text. I require the database to store the newsletter after been sent (with all it's settings) and also for the user to save a [login to view URL] can then be sent at a later date. This will be on a new tab called 'Newsletters' which will replace the "Newsletter Sent' Tab. This will include the name of the newsletter, whether the newsletter status is a) Sent b) Draught c) Timed Then it will have the date section which will show when the newsletter was a) Sent b) Created as a Draught c) Timed to send. 3. Finally, as you can see from option C above I require a timed newsletter facility, so we can set a date and time for the newsletter to be sent. The modifications require implementing on the Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 versions. I will send the current components to interested bidders. For the right developer these changes should only take 2-3 hours maximum. If you feel this will take much longer then please do not bid. Thanks.
