Fix Coupon Module in OsCommerce

I had someone install Coupons by Ingo 1.0 in my Oscommerce template, but there is a glitch. The module is not working properly with my PayPal Websites Payment Pro merchant account. When the credit card option is chosen to pay and a coupon is applied, the website reflects the discount, but PayPal still charges the customer the full amount. When my former developer tried to fix it, I then received error messages saying that the totals did not match or that there was a total eualing zero and PayPal would not process the transaction. I need some one to fix this so it works properly with all of Websites Payments Pro.
