Need Simple Weight Loss Website Designed / Created

Hello, We need a website designed and created for us for the weight loss niche. We would need you to create all of the graphic elements, lay out the sales copy (that we will provide you) and create the pages of the site for us (about 4 - 10 pages). We have the sales copy for the home page. We have the powerpoint presentation for the video presentation. We need you to create the design elements (top banner, buy buttons, testimonial boxes, etc.), put the pages together, put the powerpoint video into the site, install membership functionality (login, and logout, account management - changing password and email address). I have an API that I will need you to hook the site to as well (the API is: [login to view URL]) -- I will want my members to be able to login to my members area and be able to interact with the content. I will want you to get the site uploaded to our Linux server.
