115473 Upgrade Myspace Layouts Script

Need someone who can upgrade a script that I had built. The script is used to allow users to add myspace layouts to our Myspace Layouts Directory, allow with admin approving and adding layouts as well. The following features I am looking to add: 1) Option for users to rate layouts and leave comments on layouts. 2) Option for admin to delete comments and disable comment posting. 3) Layout Generator script, this will give the user the option to create a myspace layout, for example see: [login to view URL] . In the user area the user can generate a layout for their myspace profile OR have the layout they generate be submitted for approval as a layout featured on our site. The same layout generator should be available in the admin area as well so admin can build layouts to be added to the site as well. 4) Option for link display that show the "Move Viewed Layouts" and "Top Rated Layouts". A ranking system. That's about it.
