57644 VoIP Billing and Accounting

Long term project (At least 6 months) with gradual development. A billing and customer support system for a voip call center based on open source perl based WebGUI portal. New modules and themes should be written and several database design and store procedures for postgresl should be written in SQL and pl/perl. The storeprocdures will take care of billing, crediting, collecting call detail records and calculating least cost routes. WebGUI will run on Mysql but with a connection to Postgres. Please mention per hour wage. On average 3 hours per day is needed for six month(Initially it might need more time). The project is broken down to several small tasks and each task should be done in a week.
