Forced Joomla Login

I am developing a Joomla site for a client who wants the following functionality:

The template file should first check to see if a user is logged in using JFactory::getUser()

Based on the result, display the regular page if the user is logged in (getUser(guest) = 0) or display a modal (lightbox) login box if not logged in (getUser(guest) = 1).

I haven't had any luck this evening getting this to work and don't have any more time to commit to it.

You will see a link in the upper left corner of the page that opens the lightbox login window although this is only for example of how the lightbox works with a link.

## Deliverables

This work should be done as simply and with as few lines of code as possible. No major changes to the template form or added files.
