PHP: Retrieve form field structure information from public google form using url

Hi
I need a function / class that will retrieve all the field information from a google form and put it into an array.
It should be able to handle ALL field types that google forms allow.
It will return an array something like this (for each field)
form_url
form_post_url
form desc
form_help_text
field_id
field_question_title
field_help_text
field_required_bool
field_question_type
field_length
field_options_count
option[]
or something similar
Please use URL as your test form
[url removed, login to view]
It should be able to handle ANY form that google forms can throw at it.
In PHP v4 compatible.
