Autoresponder Co-Registration Squeeze Page Builder

I am looking to have a wordpress plugin written and designed that will allow the my subscribers/members to utilize a squeeze/landing page builder with a co-registration optin system. There is a system out there like what I am looking for, you can see a video of it here [login to view URL] The differences I would like is for this to integrate the following autoresponders: Aweber, Getresponse, Mail Chimp, GVO, iContact, and Infusion Soft. I would also like to have users/members be able to upload image backgrounds instead of selecting from the ones listed (all of their squeeze pages are the same just different backgrounds) maybe an image library that the admin and users can add too. I also need this to be set up in a platform where I can offer free memberships for the squeeze page builder, and an upgrade to use the Co-Host/Co-registration function. In addition I would like this to have an admin function where I can enter my (admin) autoresponder and be a co-host on all squeeze pages made by any free members, they can remove me as a co-host by upgrading. On the upgrade option, I would like to offer a discounted rate for those that auto add me (admin) as a co-host to all of their squeeze pages, if they choose this option they will not be able to remove me with out upgraded to a full membership. This project will need to be set up and functioning as a membership site. I prefer wordpress and integrated with plugins needed such as OptimizePress and WishListMember. I will also need this encoded and protected from blackhat and piracy. If this project goes well, there will be much more work in the future! I will only accept bids that show they understand the project in full. By accepting this project you will be in a Non Disclosure Agreement and the final paid product copyright and property will transfer to me as the buyer.
