wordpress script

I currently have a wp plugin named contest. Its a kind of list building plugin that give or announce a contest to who ever read it. But it is only limited to its design which is not that attractive in my opinion and i want to make my own design. what I need is just the script that make it viral when some one wants to join the contest. 1. enter their name and email with option to join using social plugins like twitter, facebook, etc. 2. ask them to give 10 referrals for more entries. 3. option to put it as facebook apps, put it on my own wp page.
