Hello , I have been working with facebook API for 5 years. I am an active member of the facebook developers. I would like to know if you have looked at the facebook translation app. It could be a starting point among other things. There is no definitive answer to what you are trying to achieve and if you get the N'ko language on facebook you would still need a community of those who speak that language to work on translations. I am confident that facebook would love to have your language as they are ever wanting to expand their reach. As a West African myself who speaks the Yoruba Language, I was happy when Yoruba became part of facebook. I would love to work with you on this laudable project.
