Simple autoinvoicing portal

It's about te create a portal where customer can enter ticket number and get their invoices. When this ticket number is submited, it ask to a remote server for validate data and if all is correct. If yes, checks for existing or new customer, and prefill information of customer if he already exist, if not, keep fields blank, and after customer confirms data, then we need to ask to that server throw servlet for further information to create needed data to create invoice. This data is formated to a plain text and sent throw webservices or sftp to a dedicated invocing server to generate invoice. Then we need to keep asking (until x times every x secs, configurable in admin panel) to that server throw webservices if invoice is already generated. When yes, we build an url to download invoices and finally we link it to the user gui. Admin panel must has capabilites to upload logo, to upload fotos and text for tooltips in fields and to create FAQ, and help. Final app must be multilanguaje (first target is spanish).
