create demo site

i need a coder to set up an out of the box drupal site. it will be a demo site and i will link to it from another drupal site. so you need to have it within the other main site directory. the domain should be like this demo.mainsite.com. all features should be enabled such as forum, blog, member page, image upload, avater upload etc. the drupal logo should be removed and replaced with a generic image like a sun or something. also the little image in the browser (forget it's name) should be replaced. also remove the footer message indicating it is a drupal site. use drupal 4.7 and also upload more 10 themes. any themes are fine. the main page should have a welcome note and info on how to log in as admin and as a test user. as well admin should have instructions like this: "to change the theme of the site go to..." and ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
