Adult Site with TGP and Cam

Hello, Looking to have a site created as per the attached specifications -- PLEASE READ THE SPECS BEFORE BIDDING! -- That seems like such a simple thing to say, but people don't always do it. :) Am looking to have the attached site created, please bid cost and turnaround time -- as I am a web developer myself, please be realistic with your bids, both in terms of cost and turnaround time. I can do this site myself, but am overflowing with projects right now and looking to sub one out to another developer. I do NOT do Escrow -- no exceptions -- I have had several developers bail on me, and it takes an unbelievably long amount of time to get your money back from escrow should that happen. Please check my feedback -- You will find very good notes about me as a buyer, you WILL get paid. I would never cheat another developer the way that some have cheated me... :) I prefer all work to be done on my server. If you prefer to work on your server for security, I will require you to allow me to point a domain to your server so that my clients can monitor the progress without seeing you. Again, my preference is the first of those two options.
