Build an Online Store and massive searchable database for clients and internal processors

We have had the design of our new website completed [login to view URL], now we need someone to develop the database, client management area, payment process with Commweb and staff management area. What we need is: 1.A massive database which has 5 million records. [login to view URL] database needs to be super fast for searching. [login to view URL] database only shows selected columns for a free search conducted online. [login to view URL] the client pay a small fee they will then be able to see further columns to show them. but not all the columns as some columns are used for internal management. 5. We have a Go Daddy account. 6. We have the coding details for the payment gateway ready to go. 7. Our records/data needs to be able to be updated regulary individually or mass updating. 8. THIS IS URGENT AND REQUIRES TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS TOPS. 9. Members area - needs to have a place where they can tick to receive updates/email - have their contact details updated etc, or choose the platinum package for us to handle their claim. [login to view URL] back end for the staff needs to be created, so we can use the data regularly for our own research and for updating selected fields. [login to view URL] needs to update mass amounts of data once a month based on a number of fields (eg: source field, reference field etc) I would also like to search for criteria and update criteria on mass records. - I need to be able to do - so it needs to be visual and easy to do for me. 12. The package for financial advisors/professional would be nice to implement a CRM for them within their account - for them to manage their own clients. 13. I also need somewhere to direct clients where to claim their money once they have paid for their search. I have a column called source, this source needs to open have a link or pdf they client views to show how and where to claim their money based on where it is located and we have currently 26 different sources. We also need ongoing help with our Go Daddy account and ongoing support to manage this site. Main object to the website is I want clients to search my data for free on the home page - by searching the name column and address column. But it only gives them a couple extra columns to view should results be shown, if they find money in their name and want further details, then they need to pay $29.95 for a standard package or for us to process the claim for them. Should they want us to undertake the process of claiming the funds for them, they can select platinum where they fill out a form and agree to our terms. Professional package is for financial advisors where I want to give them access to the data for a monthly fee, where they can help their own clients find unclaimed money. Few other technical points to implement into the members area and staff area. I need this project completed within 2 week, if you cannot complete this - then don't apply for this job.
