Building Dating Website

We're looking for a freelancer to build a dating website. Simply looks very clean and attractive. Maybe "[login to view URL]" could be example. Main features: 1. Multi language: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japan, Chinese, German, Russian, French, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish. 2. Search engines friendly. 3. Google XML sitemap option 4."Take a tour" section to introduce the site to guests. Just text and photos. 5. Have the ability to integrate geographic information on the map into profile pages. Country, state, city as large as possible. 6. If a member wants he may list his friends on his profile. 7. Powerful admin panel. 8. Can search for members in the admin CP. 9. Add, edit or remove any member at any time. 10. Instant messaging service, video included. We don't need multiple chat rooms. 11. Postcard editor, can add music, and text. 12. 3 membership types, standard - gold - premium, we can decide which features to add or remove. 13. Members will be able to have "call" option through web for free. 14. 3 types messaging, text, video and voice recording. 15. "Report Abuse" option. 16. Can vote on members photos, can e numbers or words. 17. Profile photos can be viewed like facebook pics. ( Black and transparent background ) 18. Mobile version of a site. 19. Match calculator depends on standard questions ( Ex: Do you smoke? ) 20. Different search options. Simple, detailed, key words, online now, new users, my favorites. 21. Each uploaded photo will have a watermark of the site automatically. Little photo editor, basic features is fine. 22. Mailbox with inbox, sent, deleted, drafts etc. looks like yahoo mail's or gmail's shape, clean and easy. 23. Each new member email will be checked before joining to the site. 24. "send to friend" option to send profile by writing email. 25. Member status online - offline, if offline last log in time. If less than a day will be shown hours. If less than a week will be shown days. If less than a month will be shown weeks. If less than a year will be shown months. 26. When something important happens, the member will be able to get an email notification from us. 27. If a member likes someone he/she can add to the "favorite list". 28. Only paypal payment option. 29. Warning page, in case you have some adult or inappropriate content. 30. Auto approval for members and photos. ( Will be checked by ourselves later ) 31.
