Chinese Joomla Website Construction

Hi all, We currently need to take an existing website and recreate it with Joomla for a different country. [login to view URL] The current website is in Chinese Simplified and new website will be in Chinese Traditional. We will develop this in phases and only part of the site at a time. This bid is for the 1st phase, which covers initial website creation, homepage creation, and a logical category creation for products, articles, and such. It will need the following sections: Home Page Products - Article display of different categories of products (approximately 15 pages, ordered by 5 categories) Activities - Article display of different activities, preferably able to sort by date and article list (need 1 or 2 very basic sample pages) Simliar to: [login to view URL] About Us - Several sections, company intro, company culture, etc. Similar to: [login to view URL] Website look and feel should be similar to UFIDA English and Chinese websites but doesn't need to match 100%. Many of the sites (for example company info) need to be displayed in tabs (see example) Preference is giving to site developers who can read Chinese
