Create a New Wordpress Website

Hi, We have our website, www.totalnurture.com. We need a brand new Wordpress website instead of this. The number of pages will be 17, including Site Map. We should have ability to add products, client names, client logos, partner names, partner logos, News, etc. There should be a pop-up whenever some visits our website, to prompt for Name, Company, etc. to subscribe to our newsletter. Once subscribed a cookie shud be saved on persons PC and he shud not be prompted with this pop-up if the cookie exists. This subscriber list shud be available to us in an Excel file. Web site shud be SEO enabled with Proper Tags, etc. Website needs to have a free live chat button for users to contact our Sales or Support Team. Also, Contact Us shud have Google Maps for our 3 Offices and a Contact Form(proabaly vCite) Design shud be professional with a view that main business of our Company is IT and specifically, Cloud Computing. Maximum Time is 15 Days and Maximum Budget, $ 60. Advance Milestone of Full $60 will be created but no payments will be released unless the work is completed.
