I want a site such as [login to view URL] or FileIce.net. I would want it so that the users would have to apply for an account and then I would approve there account with some sort of admin control panel. I would like to do everything in the admin control panel. I need the whole entire script coded. I want something easy and reliable to use. Basically I would get an account from sites such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and get there widget code and put it somewhere in the admin panel and it would show the widget. I need it so I can change the rate of money they get and that I will get. Say I set it to 70% and they will keep 70% of the profits and I will keep 30%. I need the whole entire site coded with the same concept as fileice.
