Develop a Virtual Wallet Payment Gateway - repost 2

We would like to build a much thinner version of our Payment Gateway's wallet (iOnePay Payment Gateway). A team started this 5 months ago and they claimed that they are almost done but they disappeared for over a month. Attached is the code([login to view URL]) of what they have done. The link where features can be reviewed is [login to view URL] Username: Admin Password: admin The basic process is to allow: Wallet - Wallet transfer Admin - Wallet User transfer Load account with currency using iOnePay (So integration of iOnePay is Required) Wallet API so that merchant sites can integrate the wallet as a payment option Loyalty system for all transactions. Please find attached some requirements to help understand what we are looking for. We have also attached the UI that was proposed by a previous team. Only deviation required should be functionality and data available mapping to UI and also an homepage. The homepage and content pages have to be very attractive as this is for our parttner record label. Please also note that in the future, we will have some clients that would like for the same wallet application. At that time, all we would want to do is create a new instance with a new skin.
