Geo-Unblocking Service & Website like Unblock-us or Unotelly

I need a service & website created that offers the same that [login to view URL] does. It's a way for users who have signed up to get 2 United States DNS addresses which they use in their devices to access US only content. (Like Netflix, Hulu, etc) If you're not familiar with unblock-us and how it works please look into it before posting. I need my service to let the users try it out free for 7 days, then require them to sign up to continue using the US dns's. (It'd put a cookie on their browser when they visit) The users would pay a monthly subscription to gain access to the DNS's and to be able to continue accessing US content with them. I'd need an easy to disable the DNS's for their router if they stopped paying (same way it'd be disabled after 7 days or redirected to the payment page) Also a referral system with idevaffiliate.
