Need CSS expert cleaning up a template

I have a template for a Joomla Content Management System that is not working right. I already made a lot of changes (but I have the original files) It looks OK in IE, but the middle and right columns don't work in Firefox (and probably other browsers.) site: [login to view URL] I am looking to make the following modifications: 1. Make the template work in Firefox and other browsers 2. Change the header layout to look like what is in the uploaded file. I want a full leaderboard to fit in there, whether it is banners or Google. 3. Misc minor tweaks. Some alignment and spacing. I promise they are trivial.
