My PHP website done - ASAP

Hello! I have a website that It needs to be finish fast.. I have another programmer working at my website at the moment, he was working at first very fast and good, but after the second week we started slowing down with excuses, 3rd week didn't do anything at all. I cant wait for him until he have the time to work. -- I need you to help me work on my website and I need it done. I will pay you hourly when i'm online ONLY so I can time what you've done, and every friday I will pay you until finish. Expect to work 25 - 40+ hours a week, so thats $75 - $120+ weekly. I just need done adding, removing, some stuff in my web so it has that professional, elegant and fun look. *Deadline 3 weeks! *NOTE: When we start working, and if notice you are taking forever to have done a simple task, I will just cancel this project and find myself a another programmer, I don't have time to play games!
