Please make sure you read the scope carefully and in detail. I want you to use the best software and programs out there that will make the site very cutting edge. Please place your best bid the first time because I need to hire this job out soon. Do not bid with the intent to get extras latter. Do not start high on your bid thinking that I will negotiate. Give your best bid the first time. I am looking for a company to do the work that has many experience techies to do the work with high quality and experience in a good amount of time. Pleas also provide references. Please look at the scope and plan a way to most effectively Scrap all the sites on a continual basis. Many times I will get one bid lower than another and their quality is good. They have just thought of a more efficent way to build the site. I Will not pay a milestone payment. I will post all the money in Freelance escrow so that the money is their. You will get paid when the job is fully completed according to the full scope. This is the second job of many to come. I am looking for a company that can touch up the old site and build this site to replace the old site and continue to improve it along the way and also to build many many more sites in the future. Please do not bid unless you have a high apptitude for this work. I have years worth of work to come. Relationships and Trust are key for the future! I need a company that can not just say but can DO! It is a requirement that you are available to work with me on the hours that I desigante. I will be online usually at between 10:00 PM to 12:00AM MST. I need you to touch base with me at between this time each night as your work progress. Please do not bid If you cannot correlate with me at this time. All Data that is scrapped must be pulled and merged in the data base with out duplications. If data from one site is different than from another site, then both fields of data and pictures will be pulled in and set up. You will be required to fix all duplicates records currently on the site and merge them. When this job is hired out to you, you will be required to build all code on my server at all times so it is ready for immediate use and testing by me. Also when I give the job to you, you are required to start the job within 3 days. If you are a salesman that is bidding this job, please assign me a project manager the minute that you accept the job. Please make sure you are clear on all specifications. Please make sure that you have one milestone which is for full payment when the full job is complete. I will make sure the money is in Freelancer to get you paid. I also need to know how many years of experience each person will have that is assigned to my job and their technical experience. It is critical that all data is scrapped and that the code and values are very clean. You will be required to build the fields into the Main site for the data that will be pull off all scrapped sites. No minor Extras are allowed and you need to bid job for unexpected minor issues that will need to be factored into your bid.
