Web Page setup needed from existing one started

This web page will be added to a existing word press site and I have no experience with word press. I want to add a singe web page to their site that will allow them to sell our digital magazine that I create with my other company. I have created a copy of their page and then added a JPEG to the bottom of it where I need to get a real page created from the jpeg image. I also need a simple cms script that can be used to update the page. When a customer orders each magazine it will go to paypal (i have the links for that) Also the ad, on the right side of the page will have a link to a web site (i have the links for them too) If I can get this done then I hope to be able to rebuild their site so that is is a good working site with a simple cms panel or admin site that can be used to update information on the web pages etc. Here is a example of what I created to see how it would look.
