Website adjustment - make it look professional

I have already put together a website, and have all the content and a company logo, but I need it tidied up and made to look more professional and consistent throughout, with proper formatting and standards. The tasks are as follows: 1. Tidy up each page to make it consistent and professional looking (there are a total of 5 pages) 2. Make the contact form work correctly and tidy it up so it is neatly aligned and more professional looking 3. Add a menu at the top of each page for navigation 4. Ensure the pages and overall site all comply with SEO and W3C standards This should be a quick simple job for a good web designer, and I would expect the work to be completed within 3 hours. I will always give preference to someone who can provide a mock-up sample, so please take one of the pages and show me what you could potentially do with the page.
