Website deliverables - main points

Hi, Urgently in need of a copywriter to convey my idea of a tweak to a website clone in a clear and concise manner using all aspects of webdevelopment from design to programming and databases to languages. Step by step approach is needed. This is a test to the project managers out there, and whoever gets it right will find himself in a constant position to deliver such reports. 500-1000 words is more than enough. $10$ maximum. It is mostly organizing my thought process into project deliverables with promise for many future such projects. Applicant needs to be a project manager NO COMPANIES ONLY INDIVIDUALS NO COMPANIES NOOOOOOO COMPANIES!!!! and price is right for the avg 4$/500 words. Organization and translation of laymen terms into project terms is whats required. Please this is quick and urgent.
